Another
American dude in Taichung was arrested, along with others, for having a
marijuana plantation including some poppy plants. Funny but the news wasn't
reported at all in the English media here. Leona showed me a picture of the
weed, the dude (a 41 year-old) but only his Chinese name. There was a different bust last year in the same mountainous area near Taichung
Paws animal sanctuary. What a coincidence.
